Refund policy

Due to the limited and curated nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, except in the cases outlined below.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.

To be eligible for a review, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging intact

Proof of purchase and clear visual documentation may be required.

If the claim is approved, OBC Cult will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

Limited Releases

Products marked as limited, private, or early access are produced in restricted quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and replacements may not be possible.
