All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, processing times may vary. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only and are not guaranteed.

• Customs clearance

• Carrier operations

• Local regulations or force majeure events

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us. Each case will be reviewed individually.
